The first 2 places we tried didn’t work out. The first casino no longer allowed overnights The Fantasy Casino in CA. The second one gave the incorrect exit number for Morango(104) Ca. Since then all is well. We have actually have stayed in 2 others. Rating: 4 / 5
Like the book, I know there is new casinos popping up every year! Just was hoping that more of the 2009 casinos was included. Rating: 4 / 5

I purchased this book specifically for traveling along the I-5 through Washington, Oregon, and California. I found it very helpful in finding safe and acceptable places to stop overnight that didn’t cost any money. In fact, I figured we saved more than the purchase price of this book when we stopped for just one night in a beautiful casino in Northern California. Plus, in addition to the free camping spot overnight, we had a wonderful buffet breakfast the next morning for a great price.
